Later in the week, students watched a MADD Canada presentation regarding drinking and driving. It was a pow- erful presentation that sent an important message to the students. The first coffee house of the year occurred , where students had an opportunity to showcase their artistic talents. All singers, actors, musicians and performers did an awesome job and the night was a great success. Thank you to eve- ryone who helped to make the night possible and everyone who came out and supported. This week the Me to We group held a pyjama day in order to raise money for a school in India. Students were allowed to wear their pyjamas to school if they paid a toonie, with all proceeds going to the school. In addition, students received their report cards on Thursday. Our Concert and Jazz Band toured to elementary schools while our Girls and Boys Hockey teams were victorious on the ice. Our Agents of Change have prepared an amazing week of activities and videos to edu- cate everyone during Bullying Awareness Week. If you follow us on Twitter, check out our #sayittoyourgma on Wednesday where we'll be reminding students that if you can't say it to your grandma then you shouldn't say it at all.
