Charlise Marie, born on September 12,
2014 at Stratford General Hospital weighing
6 lbs. 11 oz. Proud grandparents are
Wayne and Esther Cantelon and John and
Cathie Sturdy. Charlise is also blessed with
great-grandparents George Cantelon, Mil-
dred Merrill, Isabel Sturdy and Mary Jones.

HABKIRK, Gladys Donna Marie -
Peacefully at home surrounded by her
loving family on Saturday September 20,
2014 in her 88th year. Loving sister of Lois
Bailey and her husband Douglas Bailey;
predeceased by her parents Bert & Bella
and her brothers Roy and Ross. Special
Aunt of Leanne Ament (Joe), Spencer
Close, Clinton Close, Zachary Ament, Luka
Ament and Trevor Dunn. Gladys will be
missed by many relatives and friends.
Funeral services have taken place. A tree
will be planted in memory of Gladys in the
Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at Island
Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. A
dedication service was held on Sunday,
September 13, 2015 at 2pm.

Huronview Home, Clinton on Saturday,
October 4, 2014. Betty Mair MacDonald
(nee McEwan) of Clinton in her 89th year.
Wife of the late Don MacDonald (1977).
Dear mother and mother-in-law of
Rosemary (Don Oesch) of Elliot Lake,
Cameron (Pricilla) MacDonald of Clinton,
Jim (Felecia) MacDonald of Denver,
Colorado, Doug (Faye) MacDonald of
Brights Grove, Don MacDonald Jr. (Mary
Heard) of Brucefield, Kathryn MacDonald
(Rick Smith) of London and Kristine
MacDonald -Moriarty (Owen) of Dutton.
Lovingly remembered by 14 grandchildren
and 17 great-grandchildren. Also survived
by her nieces and nephews. Predeceased
by her sister and brother-in-law Ena and
Frank Cook. A Memorial Service was held
at FALCONER FUNERAL HOMES —
CLINTON CHAPEL, 153 High Street,
Clinton on Wednesday, October 8, 2014 at
2:00 p.m. with visitation one hour prior to
service time. Interment of ashes will take
place at a later date at Clinton Cemetery.
Memorial donations to Clinton Public
Hospital Foundation or the Cancer Society

ing Tuesday evening and
made mention about the
First Anniversary of the
New Church and the
U.C.W. Joan Beierling
started the Devotion with
a fun Alphabet game on
what we were thankful for
by using each letter of the
alphabet. It was a good
memory test and some
fun followed by an
Autumn Poem. Joan Van
Slighehorst gave a reading
on a Dog and a Manger
and later talked about
what we should be thank-
ful for followed by the
Scripture reading. Peggy
Keys read a reading on
"Be thankful For " fol-
lowed by Prayer. Barb
Moffat spoke on our
Sponsored Child nine
year old Fanny from the
Honduras.
Life Membership Pins
were presented to Mary
Fotheringham, Joyce Wil-
son, Barb Moffat, Edith
Swan, Barb Cooper, Jean
Rathwell, Barb Norman,
Eileen Townsend, Joyce
Hummel and Gayle Pep-
per. The Fall Rally will be
