Position Summary: The "Shunt Driver" role will report to the production supervisor and must be able to work with minimal supervision. The successful individual must be conscientious and work in a safe manner. This position will be responsible for the shunting of all products between warehouses in both a safe and timely manner. You will be required to load and unload bagged and/or toted product to and from a transportation van with no resulting damage in packages or pallets. You will also oversee all packaging supplies and pallet inventories to ensure they are sufficiently adequate and meet the needs of the bagging operation. Position Criteria: The successful individual will have the ability to organize and prioritize their work load in a safe and efficient manner in a fast paced work environment. Experience dealing with the public and providing superior customer service is required; knowledge of Microsoft Office and Thede Ward System is considered a plus. Candidate must also obtain a valid AZ Driver's License with a clean abstract. Education: Grade 12, a degree in Agri -business or similar practical experience preferred. Experience: Two years' experience in an Agricultural environment preferred.
