The scary Chamber of Horrors took place on October 30 at Central Huron Secondary School. All ages
were welcomed and students who were looking to fill their community hours sheet volunteered for
the event. This was the first time that CHSS hosted a haunted house and it was a huge hit, especially
for the little ones who were able to make crafts and participate in fun games.

CENTRAL HURON OFFICIAL
PLAN 5 YEAR REVIEW
The Municipality of Central Huron has adopted Official Plan Amendment
17 which is a 5 year review of the Central Huron Official Plan. As the
approval authority, the County of Huron is inviting public comments
on the amendment and specifically Section 10.4.7 Renewable
Energy Policies and Section 10.4.8 Commercial Scale -Water Taking
as these Sections were modified by Central Huron following the
formal public meeting. The amendment is available for review
at the Municipality of Central Huron, 23 Albert Street Clinton, the
Huron County Planning and Development Department or on-line at
https://centralhuron.civicweb.net/Documents/DocumentList.aspx?ID=16209

On Friday afternoon staff and students at Clinton Public School celebrated the We Scare Hunger
campaign, a campaign that is part of Free The Children, an international charity and educational
partner. All of the money raised at the event will go to the food bank.
