MULTIMEDIA JOURNALIST
The Goderich Signal -Star and Clinton News Record have openings for two full-time
Multimedia Journalist to deliver well -crafted news stories, take photographs and
produce video for the web. The successful applicant will be an aggressive and
clear -thinking journalist who can work with minimal supervision under strict deadlines.
The successful candidate should have boundless enthusiasm for the written word, an
understanding of the web and an exceptional eye for detail.
Key responsibilities include:
• Write stories for print and the publication websites
• Shoot still photos
• Generate interesting story/feature ideas
• Engage in energetic use of social media
• Develop reliable contacts in the community
Qualifications:
• Candidates should have a journalism degree or diploma
• A reliable car and a valid driver's licence are essential
• Some weekend and evening shifts are required as part of this position
• Must work well in a deadline -oriented weekly newsroom environment
• Must have own digital camera

ASAP Secured is looking for SECURITY GUARDS for our Sifto Salt Mine site
in Goderich Ontario.
This is a 24/7, 365 day operation and as such shifts reflect this schedule (Day,
Evening, Overnight, Weekends, Holiday availability required).
If you have a security guard license this position would be perfect for you.
$12.50 - $14.00 per hour based on experience.
Shifts vary from Full -Time to Part -Time to Casual depending on availability.
Schedules are produced for a month so you know when you are working and
can really plan your life easier.
Ability to obtain an "F" Class license within your first month of employment is a
requirement of this position.

The Municipality of Central Huron is now accepting applications for the following position:
One full time Facilities Labourer
(40 hour per week) to replace a new vacancy. This is a union position*
Qualifications:
Duties include providing day to day operational and maintenance services to the Municipal parks,
recreation and facilities. Weekend and Rotating shift work as required. Must have Grade 12 or
equivalent, a valid Driver's License and possess "Basic Refrigeration Certificate".
