Libro Credit Union asking Track and Field Invitational held at
local youths to share their
"amazing adventures" St. Anne's Catholic Secondary School
Libro Credit Union invites southwestern Ontario youth to
participate in a calendar art contest celebrating their favorite
community pursuits, passions and activities. Whether it's
fishing on Lake St. Clair, tubing through the Elora Gorge or
making lifelong memories at Storybook Gardens, Libro
encourages young people to come up with a drawing of what
they love to do in their communities.
"We're asking kids across our 21 communities to draw
their amazing adventures in southwestern Ontario," said
Tania Goodine, executive vice-president, engagement at
Libro Credit Union. "It's a wonderful opportunity for them to
be creative with the chance of having their drawing published
in our 2015 Libro calendar."
Kids are being asked to submit a drawing, reflecting the
"Amazing Adventures in southwestern Ontario" theme.
Entries will be judged in three categories: junior kindergarten
to Grade 3, Grades 4 to 8, and Grades 9 to 12.
Three winners will be chosen, with one winner per cate-
gory. Winners will receive a $500 RESP contribution, a $200
gift card and $1,000 for their school or youth group.
Contest entries must be submitted physically by mail to
Libro's administration offices in London or dropped off at
any one of Libro's 27 branches, by Fri., June 20.
Branches in Huron County include Goderich and Clinton.
Entries will be posted on www.libro.ca/adventures where
the public will be encouraged to vote for their favorites
between July 14 and August 15. Winners will be announced
in September.
For more information on contest rules, visit www.libro.ca/
adventures.
