Once again, we had an awesome Santa Claus Parade. We would like to thank everyone who took the
time to put in a float and to everyone who came out to watch the parade and take in the festivities
downtown. Without everyone's participation, it would not be possible.
We would also like to extend a Special Thank You to the following individuals and businesses that
contributed in an extra way:

Grade 8 Tech Day at CHSS
Grade 8 Tech Day at Central Huron Secondary School (CHSS) is always fun for all grades and last
month's event was no exception. During the special day grade 8 students from all Huron County public
schools had the chance to experience what it will be like going to high school next year. Students also
had the opportunity to build or create things in various tech classes. For example, in auto class students
could take apart car motors, in cooking class they could bake cookies to eat and take home, in wood
shop they could build wood structures to take home and in communication technology they could work
with cameras and computers.
