As a member of the maintenance team, some of the responsibilities would include: • Ensuring safety is the first priority on every work assignment and all job tasks and safety policies and procedures are followed by all staff • Supervision and leadership of Maintenance Mechanics and or Assistant Maintenance Mechanics of a crew • Assist Maintenance Supervisor with coordinating daily activities and work orders; ensure projects and equipment repairs are completed in a timely manner • Ability to prioritize work orders to minimize branch production/ equipment down time • Preventative and proactive maintenance of grain elevators, processing equipment, floatation and fertilizer equipment • General maintenance and repairs of equipment and buildings The successful candidate must be a high school graduate with a minimum of five years industrial mechanical millwright experience with a comprehensive knowledge of welding, fabrication and layout is required. A graduate of the Industrial Mechanic Millwright program or similar program would be considered an asset. Preference will be shown to those candidates who possess knowledge of grain cleaning equipment, processing equipment, fertilizer and custom application equipment and HACCP procedures. A DZ driver's license is essential, while an AZ driver's license would be an asset.
