I would like to thank everyone who helped me this past year. Crossing the street, especially Hwy. 4 was a problem when I ventured out alone, especially those car lights — was the car parked or was it turning out? You'd hear a noise but no lights, but it was a car coming. Somehow someone would come to you and say it's okay to cross or just shout "it's okay to go". Thank you to all the businesses in town. Someone was always there to help. I hope we can get a crosswalk, then at least you know that motorists are aware that someone wants to cross.
