ARMSTRONG - The family of
Isabel Armstrong express their
heartfelt gratitude to family, friends
and neighbours, and church family
for all their support during the recent
loss of our dear Mom, mother-in-
law, grandma and great -grandma.
We wish to thank everyone for their
prayers and phone calls, food and
visits, sympathy cards, memorial
messages and floral tributes
received, as well as the memorial
donations. We appreciated the kind
words and memories shared with us
at the visitation and funeral. We are
grateful to Rev. Charmila Ireland for
her support and words of comfort
given at the funeral service. Thank
you to David Armstrong and Mary
Douma for sharing their musical
gifts. Thank you to granddaughters
Cheryl, Heather, Laura, Amanda and
Shelby for the touching tribute to
their grandma and being the flower
bearers. Thank you to grandsons
David, Chris, Richard, Jason, Scott
and Mathew for being grandma's
pallbearers. Grandma would be very
pleased that her grandchildren
honoured her in those ways. Thank
you to the ladies of Melville
Presbyterian Church for their
wonderful hospitality and the lovely
luncheon served. Thanks to Zoellyn
and Thomas of Riverside Funeral
Home for their guidance and
compassion. Our family would like
to extend a special thank you to
everyone at Braemar Retirement
Home for the care and friendship
shared with Isabel during her five
years there. Isabel appreciated being
a patient of Dr. Bonnie Marshall and
we are thankful for her excellent
care over the years. A huge thank
you to all the staff of Wingham and
District Hospital for the great care
Isabel always received. Your
professionalism, kindness and care
were appreciated more than words
can convey. To all who have been
there for us in so many ways, we
sincerely thank you - Gary and
