ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK
(1 Position — 35 Hours per Bi -Weekly Pay Period)
Reporting to the Finance Supervisor, the applicant performs general finance and accounting
tasks including: reconciling payments, reviewing invoices, processing cheque requests,
analyzing accounts, producing monthly financial reports, and organizing vendor files.
Qualifications:
Must have Grade 12 or equivalent, bookkeeping experience and Fundamentals of
Accounting. Experience with Works Manager, Microsoft Office and Keystone are all assets.
Preference given to those with relevant education.

This sale is governed by the Municipal Act, 2001 and the Municipal Tax Sales Rules
made under that Act. The successful purchaser will be required to pay the amount
tendered plus accumulated taxes, HST if applicable and the relevant land transfer tax.
The municipality has no obligation to provide vacant possession to the successful
purchaser.
