Dragon's Breath Steak Burgers Ingredients: • 1 pound Green's lean ground beef • 1 tbsp. of Worcestershire sauce • 1 tbsp. diced onion • 1 tsp. of crushed garlic • 4 slices of Blyth Farm Gouda cheese • 4 Compliments hamburger buns, split Method Mix ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, onion, and garlic together in a large bowl. Shape into 4 patties. Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate. Grill patties until browned, about 5 minutes. Flip and continue cooking on the second side, about 4 minutes. Add 1 slice of Blyth Farm Gouda cheese to each patty; cook until slightly melted, about 1 minute. Serve on Compliments hamburger buns. Mix well, cover and refrigerate for approximately 30 minutes. Thread the Iamb and vegetable cubes onto skewers and grill for approximately 12-15 minutes, brushing with your favourite BBQ sauce, turning occasionally. Serve kabobs with your favourite side dishes.
