Cards of thanks
STEFFLER. How do we begin to
thank so many people for so many
acts of kindness and on-going
support? We are overwhelmed by the
many cards, flowers, donations,
food, visits and masses said in
memory of our much loved son and
brother, Tanner. We would like to
extend a special thank you to the
Police Officers, Paramedics,
McGlynn Family Funeral Home and
Steve Hildebrand. We would also
like to express our heartfelt thanks to
Dave and Andrea McGregor and
family for allowing us use of their
property to have Tanner's final
goodbye service and bonfire – a
place where he truly felt at home; to
Mary Paige, Sarah and Jesse, thank
you for singing at the service. You
are all incredibly talented, brave and
awesome and each of you had a very
special place in Tanner's heart. Also
thanks to the pallbearers, our
families and Heather, Phil, Julie and
Steve for the meal after visitation. To
all of our neighbours in Harpurhey –
thank you for your generous cash
collection; we will use it to spend
some much needed time together as
a family. All of your love and
support in this time of sadness has
genuinely helped us to start this
journey of healing. – Sincerely,
John, Heather, Davis and Charlee
