The Ways and Means committee has more projects in the planning stages for the year including another gift card draw, wing nights, trivia night and more. Congratulations to our bartender Sandra Josling and member Jim Brown who were married on Saturday. They are on holidays for the next week so you may not see them around! By Denny Scott The Citizen Zoellyn Onn and Thom Chisholm have taken over the Schimanski Funeral home in Brussels as of earlier this week and, aside from renaming it to Riverside Funeral Home, the couple have some changes in mind for the location. The funeral home and attached living quarters represent an opportunity that Onn said likely wouldn't come around again. "I love the community and I love the area and this kind of chance to come back and help in the community is something I couldn't pass up on," she said. So take your young friends for the week of fun and new friends. More volunteers are always welcome. Is the pool part of your summer?
