Everyone met at the Todd Family Farm where they all loaded the bus to head to Lewis Farms. When the club arrived they toured the solar farm. They drove around and were told that the sheep are fenced right under the solar panels. The club then proceeded to the dairy barn and saw a cow being milked by a robot. Next, the club was shown all the cameras located around the barn and told that they use the cameras to tell which cows have been milked each day. Continuing on, the Lewis family then led the club to the sheep barn and told the club about how many barns they have and how many sheep they are currently feeding. Before the club left, they enjoyed snacks provided by the Todds. The next meeting will be held on July 20 at the Todd family farm.
