It can be a good thing — a little stress can heighten your senses and productivity. However, too much stress can create or worsen physical and emotional problems. Four common causes of stress are insecurity, a demanding routine, interpersonal conflicts or a traumatic experience. Seventeen tips were suggested that could help manage stress in their life. For example — talk things out. Talking about whatever is bothering you with a trusted friend can help clear your mind; exercise regularly, eat right. Foods high in protein, Vitamin C, B and A can protect you from the effects of stress; develop a realistic, positive attitude.
