• Excellent working knowledge of animal husbandry, daily care of
animals and monitoring herd health with a high level of dedication
to animals.
• Ensure consistent implementation of best management practices in
the barns, including safety, biosecurity, animal welfare, sanitation,
monitoring of feed and ventilation systems.
• Display a high level of responsibility, attention to detail, excellent
organization and time management skills.
• Must be dependable and able to work independently. Willing to work
rotating weekends.
• At least 3 years experience in the agriculture sector, preferably
swine background.
• Valid driver's licence and own transportation.
