We begin by thanking the Alzheimer's Society of Huron County for your support, knowledge and guidance during Ruby's/Mom's illness. You helped us navigate through dementia and we truly appreciate that. We also thank all Blue Water Rest Home staff including Kendall Carnochan (NP), all nurses, PSWs, office and kitchen staff. Knowing Ruby/Mom was safe and cared for when we weren't there meant so much to us. We graciously thank John, Sandra, Ruth and Steve of McGlynn Family Funeral Home in Seaforth. Your professionalism and guidance were exceptional, making a difficult time just a little easier. We also sincerely thank family and friends who visited, sent food to our homes, as well as sent flowers, memorial gifts, cards, online condolences and made donations. Your kindness shown was truly overwhelming. Thank you to the Egmondville United Church women and men for preparing for the delicious lunch we enjoyed following the service and to Mary Helen McLachlan for providing the music. Lastly, we sincerely thank our friend, Steve Hildebrand for leading a lovely service. It was a beautiful tribute to Ruby/Mom, in which you captured her love of family and friends and her zest for life just perfectly. Ruby/Mom is gone, but she will never ever be forgotten. – Love, Laird, Sharon, SueAnne, Sandra, Shelley and our families. 31-lp Auctions Coming events THE WINGHAM COLUMBUS Centre would like to invite you to our next Famous Fish Fry on Friday, Aug. 3 from noon to 7 p.m. Eat in, $13.99.
