Vacant farmhouse fire in ACW suspicious
Police are considering a fire in
an vacant, two-story farm house in
Ashfield Colbourne Wawanosh
Township to be supicious after it
burned to the ground on Nov. 2,
2013.
At approximately 1:30 a.m.
Huron County OPP and Lucknow
Fire Department firefighters
responded to a fully engulfed
structure fire. The vacant two-story
farm house located on Division
Line east of Kingsbridge was com-
pletely destroyed.
The owner reported the building
was slated for demolition in the
near future thus the building did
not hold much monetary value.
The cause of the fire is undeter-
mined at this point but it is
believed to be suspicious.

regarding this incident should
immediately contact the Huron
County OPP Crime Unit by calling
