Mary Ann Leget recently
made the journey on her
bicycle from her home on
the south side of London to
Lake Huron Resort, North of
Goderich, the campground
where her parents, Clarence
and Alice Ritchie reside for
the summer.
She started out at 6:50
a.m. and arrived at 2:30
p.m., stopping for breakfast
and a lunch break. The trip
was 125 km long. Mary Ann

When asked why she
made this trip she said, "Just
to prove to myself that I
could do it." She had biked
from London to the Ritchie

ago when she was 31.
Way to go Mary Ann! All of
your family is very proud of
you.
