Sincere thank you to everyone who contrib-
uted to and attended my community bridal
shower and wedding. The Ripley Street
scene painting helps remind me of my
roots. "It takes a community to raise a
child" is an African proverb. Thank you for
showing me the value of a strong, vibrant
community as I couldn't have had a better
community and family to raise me and see
me into this next stage of my life. Special
thanks to the ladies who organized the
shower: Heather Finnie, MaryAnne Kukoly
and Brenda De Leeuw and Janet Rhody's
cake was delicious! Thank you, Carmen
Farrell and Jeff Knapp.
MILTENBURG
Many thanks to all the people who spon-
sored me in the Ride for Dad 2014 in Owen
Sound on August 9, 2014. It was the 1st
year they had this ride in Owen Sound.
They raised over $21,000.00 dollars, with
89 bikes participating. It was great weather,
nice scenery, and well organized. I was top
fund raiser with $6,300.00 raised, 2nd place
was my Brother -in -Law, Jack Boulet. I can-
not prevent prostrate cancer, I cannot cure
prostrate cancer but I can ask you to get
checked early, because early detection is
treatable. Many Thanks Tony Miltenburg
