Taxes may be paid through pre -authorized payment, telephone/internet banking, mailed to or at the Municipal Office, 21 Queen St., Ripley, between 8:30 a.m. & 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Due to very few resumes being received for the Lucknow & District Pool, there is a possibility that the pool will not be opened for the summer of 2014. A minimum of four qualified lifeguards are still needed to be able to conduct swimming lessons and public swimming. The Canadian Red Cross and Lifesaving Society have very strict policies in place stating the amount of lifeguards that must be on duty for public swimming events and lessons. In order for the pool to be opened, resumes of qualified applicants must be received by June 2, 2014. If no resumes are received, the pool will not be opened in 2014.
