Landfill Site Attendant
The Township of Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh is seeking a
qualified person for the position of Landfill Attendant at the
Ashfield Landfill Site. This part time position will assist in the
operation of the landfill services, and will be scheduled to work
on Saturdays and Mondays, when the Landfill Site is open.
Qualifications:
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Ability to operate heavy machinery
Qualified applicants are invited to submit a confidential

The family of the late Violet Durnin would
like to express our heartfelt thanks to fami-
ly, relatives, friends and neighbours for the
support, words of comfort shown to us
following the passing of our mother, grand-
mother and great grandmother. Thanks to
all who sent flowers, made donations in
memory of Mom, sent messages of condo-
lences, cards and phone calls as well as
those who sent food to our homes. Special
thanks to Huronview Home for their care
and compassion over the past five years.

McCreath Funeral Home, Lucknow for
their guidance. Our gratitude to Rev. Randy
Covey for his memorable graveside service.

Obituaries
JEROME, Phyllis - of Pinecrest Manor,
Lucknow passed away peacefully on May
8, 2014 at the age of 75. She is missed and
loved by her 3 children, Phillip (Cathy) of
Desboro, Sherri (Rob) of Hanover and Paul
(Jodi) of Wingham, 7 grandchildren and 1
great grandchild. Predeceased by daughter
Linda. Cremation has taken place. Her
family will be holding a come and go
memorial reception on Sunday, May 25,
2014 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Ground
Effects Landscaping located at 341411
