Sealed tenders, addressed to the Director of Public Works, Mr. Dave
Laurie, County of Huron, Public Works Department, 1 Courthouse
Square, Goderich, Ontario, N7A 1M2, will be received by him until:
2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 25, 2014
For repairs to Culvert 4-33.4 south of Wingham. The work includes
installation of a steel liner to reinforce the existing multi -plate arch
culvert, grout fill, and erosion protection.
Plans, specifications and tender forms for this contract may be obtained
from the office of the undersigned after March 5, 2014, upon payment
of a non-refundable fee of $30.00, payable to B. M. Ross and Associates
Limited, which includes all taxes. Each tender must be accompanied by
a bid bond in the amount of $14,000.
Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. Tender award is
conditional upon County budget approval. Bidders shall note that the
County has an established tender evaluation system.

2014 in her 88th year at the South
Bruce Grey Health Centre,
Kincardine. Predeceased by her
husband Sam Wain (1994). Loving
mother of Prisscilla Mary of
Lucknow, Cynthia Kolkman (Bill)
of Alberta, John T. Wain (Dianne) of
Auburn, Fred Wain (Jackie Elliott)
of Lucknow, Rose Hayes (Jack) of
Lucknow and Sarah Cox (Jeff)
of Bracebridge. Proud grand mother
of 15 grand children and 20 great
grand children. Survived by her
brothers Wilfred Peach (Marion) of
Scotland, Thomas Peach of England
many nieces and nephews and brother in-law Aurthur Wain and
sister in-law Ethel Grangier of England. Predeceased by her
parents Thomas & Dorothy Peach, sister Rose and brother Bruce.

Funeral Service was held at the Funeral Home on Saturday March
1, 2014 at 11:00 am. Archdeacon Allan Livingstone of St. George's

BAKER, Anna Lorraine - It is with
profound sadness but also deep gratitude
for a life well lived, that we announce the
peaceful passing of Lorraine Baker on
Friday, February 21, 2014 at Hospice
Simcoe, Barrie in her 82nd year. Lorraine of
Stayner, beloved wife of the late Alvin
Baker. Loving mother of Steve (Brenda),
Brian (Julie) and Wendy (Don Campbell).
Dear grandmother of Ryan (Heather), Brett
(Kerri), Jake, Sam, Cassie, Justin, Nicholas
and great-grandmother of Zoey and Erica.
Sister of Shirley Young, Ken MacDonald
and the late Murray MacDonald. Lorraine
was devoted to a lifetime of caring for
others at the Stayner Nursing Home which
she has owned and operated with her
family for many years and she will be dearly
missed by those whose lives she has
touched. Family and friends were received
