BROMLEY, Willis - On Monday, January
13, 2014 at Clinton Public Hospital, Willis
Bromley of Blyth in his 84th year. Beloved
husband for 62 years of Marie. Loving
father and father-in-law of Donna & Ron
Crich, Mike & Dianne Nicholson all of
Lucknow, Bev Bromley & Linda Brindley,
Steve & Joanne Bromley all of Goderich,
Doug Vincent & friend Donna of Blyth.
Remembered by 26 grandchildren and 26
great grandchildren. Predeceased by his
daughter Darlene Vincent, daughter-in-law
Jane Bromley, grandson Mike Vincent, and
his 5 siblings. At Willis' request there will be
no visitation. A private family funeral service
will take place. In lieu of flowers donations
to Londesborough United Church or the
Clinton Public Hospital Foundation would
be greatly appreciated. Condolences for the

GIBSON, J. Allan - of Lucknow passed
away at Wingham Hospital on January 12,
2014 at the age of 73. He was the beloved
husband of Nancy (Irwin) for over 50 years.
Allan was born in Wingham on October 5,
1940 to the late Grace (Young) and
Marshall Gibson. Allan loved his community
and gave back in many ways through his
work with the Lions Club, the United
Church, his time on Council with Ashfield
Township and Warden of Huron County.
Allan had a great love for farming and
shared this passion with his children and
grandchildren. He was a true believer in his
family, his friends, and his community. Dear
father of Diane & Larry Henderson, Glen &
Cathy Gibson, and Brenda & Matt Robinson
all of RR3, Lucknow. Deeply missed by his
grandchildren Haydn, Haley, Darcie and
Spencer. Survived by his siblings: Shirley
(Don) Smith of London, Bill (Kathy) of
Wingham, Beatrice Madge, Don (Dianne),
and Jim, and by his in-laws Bob (Mary Lou)
Irwin all of Lucknow. Predeceased by sister
Phyllis Rivett, brothers-in-law George
Madge and Norman Rivett and sisters-in-
law Eleanor Gibson and Elaine Irwin.
Visitation was held at MACKENZIE &
MCCREATH FUNERAL HOME, Lucknow
on January 14, 2014. The Funeral Service
was conducted at the Lucknow United
Church on January 15, 2014. Lynne Wilson
officiated. The organist was Anne Pritchard
and the trio of Lloyd Latour, Carol Atkinson
and Mary Stewart provided special music.
Pallbearers were: Scott Peebles, David
Gibson, Ken Irwin, Brian Rivett, Paul
MacIntyre and Jamie Irwin. Honorary
pallbearers were: Bob & Marlene Struthers,
Tom & Joan Helm, Lorne & Marion Cook,
and Barry & Betty McDonagh. Jeff Alton,
Andy Phillips and Jim Simpson acted as
flower bearers. Spring interment will take
place at Greenhill Cemetery. Donations to
Lucknow United Church or Lucknow Minor
Hockey were appreciated. Memorial and
