The flowers, cards & monetary donations, to Willy's Children's Education Fund, will never be forgotten. To those who shared stories about Willy's dedication, workmanship and ability to make people smile; we are grateful. We will always remember the service performed by Archdeacon Allan Livingstone, that honoured Willy, the music provided by Liz Tolchard/Choir and the tribute to his life by Pat Carter; brother-in- law, as comforting. Thank you to Ron Menary. Mark Tully, Pat Carter, Murray deVos, Mike Menary and Dave Bere for being his Pallbearers. To Bruce Elliott, Chris Garnier and the staff of McCallum & Palla Funeral Home, our gratitude for your kindness, wisdom and accommodations for our large family. The help provided at the funeral and lunch by the volunteers was perfect. A very special acknowledgment to Linda & Lou Kosmerly of Gilley's Feedlot in Kincardine, for organizing the Celebration of Life and their donation of food for both the funeral & Celebration of Life, and the bar proceeds. The gift certificate from Luann's Flower and Gifts, Goderich, as well as various other donations from family & friends, for the Raffle & Auction are all greatly appreciated. Willy loved his hobby farm, his job and especially his family. He has touched many people's homes, businesses and lives, as he has worked in construction and farming for the past 31 years. Your kindness will always be in our hearts, as he will be. Over the past 28 years plus, we have been so thankful for the many doctors, nurses & allied health professionals, at the University & Victoria campuses of LHSC, Goderich & Wingham hospitals, Calea, & CCAC, that have supported Willy in various ways, allowing him to live a great, rewarding life. He gave each day his best. The bird that flew around the church at the funeral, was an added gift from heaven. He is deeply missed! -Jennifer, Rebecca, Brett, Robin, Luke and the entire Hendriks & Campbell families.
