Justin Field arrested
Huron County Ontario Provincial
Police (OPP) has arrested 23 -year-old
Justin Field. He was the subject of an
arrest warrant from Huron County OPP
for the following offences: Possession of
a Controlled Substance, Fail to Attend
Court, Fail to Comply with a Recogni-
zance and Fail to Comply with an
Undertaking.
Shortly after 1 p.m. on Feb. 20 Huron
County OPP officers along with assist-
ance from the West Region Crime Unit,
West Region Support Unit, West Region
Tactics and Rescue Unit, West Region

located Field and another
wanted male at a restaurant
in the Town of Goderich. He
fled the restaurant and after
a short foot pursuit he was
arrested in the backyard of a
Gibbons Street residence.
During the arrest, Field
threatened to cause bodily
harm to the arresting officer.
In addition to his out-
standing charges he is also
facing an Uttering Threats
charge. He remains in police
custody, with a court appear-
ance in Goderich, scheduled
for February 21. As The Luc -
know Sentinel went to press
he was still in custody.
Also, a second wanted
male was arrested at the res-
taurant without incident.

Brandon Weitzel, age 22,
from London was wanted by
London Police Service (LPS)
for the offence of Fail to
Comply with an Undertak-
ing. He is now in the custody
of London Police Service.
Man caught drinking and
driving in Teeswater
On Feb. 17 at 4:30 p.m,
a South Bruce Ontario
Provincial Police (OPP)
officer on patrol along
Elora Street East in Tees -
water stopped a Grey
Ford F150 pick-up truck.
The officer found that the
driver had been drinking
alcohol. The 33 -year-old
male driver was served a
three day licence suspen-
sion following a warn
result at the roadside.
The South Bruce OPP
is requesting anyone
with information that
can assist police to

Five year anniversary
Tuesday marked the fifth anniversary of the launch of the 211 service in Grey -Bruce.
People can call 211 at any time to receive free information and referral to community
and social services in the region. 211 is a project of the United Ways of Canada. The
United Way of Bruce Grey contributes about $45,000 annually to the service, which is
the largest single grant provided by the agency. It has provided $375,000 to date. 211
has answered more than 35,500 calls in Grey -Bruce since its launch.
