Obituaries
PEDERSEN, Edith (Stanley) - beloved
wife of the late Preben (Pete) Pedersen, of
London, passed away at University Hospital
on Saturday January 25, 2014 in her 94th
year. She is survived by her twin sister
Helen Smith of Fergus and sisters-in-law
Patricia Stanley of Kincardine and Lorraine
Stanley of London. Also loved by several
nieces and nephews. Predeceased by
brothers Glen, Russell, Norval and
Laurence Stanley and sister Audrey Traher.
A Funeral Service was held on Saturday
February 1, 2014 from MACKENZIE &
MCCREATH FUNERAL HOME, Ripley at
1 PM with Judy Zarubick officiating. Spring
interment Ripley Cemetery. Donations to
the Ripley Legion Poppy Fund or Canadian
Cancer Society were greatly appreciated as
expressions of sympathy. Condolences

ROBSON, Roy - of Lucknow, passed
away at his home on January 23, 2014 at
the age of 83. He was the beloved husband
of Mary C. (Thompson). Dear father of
Robert (Carrie) of Dungannon, Ray
(Charlene) of Texas, Kathy (Allen) Steffens
of Burlington, Cindy (Michael) Good of
Auburn and Mark of Lucknow. Missed by
his 8 grand and 2 great-grandchildren.
Survived by siblings Glen Robson of
Orangeville and Dorothy Thompson of
Shelburne. Predeceased by his grandsons
Benjamin Fallis and Regal Good, and by his
brother George. A graveside service will
take place in the spring at Union Cemetery
in Grand Valley. Arrangements entrusted to
MacKENZIE & McCREATH FUNERAL
HOME, Lucknow. Donations to the
Canadian Diabetes Association
