A much -appreciated donation
In their ongoing commitment to the community, Joe Kerr
Limited, on behalf of the families of the company, has
pledged to donate $13,000 to the Wingham and District
Hospital (WDH) Foundation over a three-year period.
The committed funds have been earmarked for use by
the oncology department. The department is scheduled
to undergo a redevelopment and expansion which will
result in a need for more oncology equipment such as a
stretcher chair for the isolation treatment room. Tuesday,
representatives from the WDH Foundation gathered at Joe
Kerr Limited to accept the first year's donation of $4,300.
