The Moffitness Health &
Fitness is unique in the fact
it is open 24 hours a day 7
days a week to work with
anyone's busy schedule.
Ages 14 years old and up are
welcome to join.
"For being a small town
gym we're pretty well
equipped with a cardio room
(treadmills, elliptical, spin
bikes and row machine), a
large variety of strength
training equipment and
even a squash court!"
Amanda teaches a variety
of fitness classes throughout
the week designed for all fit-
ness levels. Some of the most
popular classes Amanda
teachers are Outdoor Boot
Camp, 30min HIIT,
C.H.A.N.G.E. Circuit and
Mid Morning Moves.
"Fitness classes are a
great way to get motivated
and stay motivated. We
actually have a lot of fun
while working out even
though we're constantly
challenging ourselves and
getting a good sweat on. My
goal as an instructor is to
provide a fun, safe and
effective workout in a wel-
coming environment for all
those participating."
The Moffats understand
that the gym can seem like
an intimidating place for
someone who is just starting
out. Ean & Amanda give an
orientation of the gym to
new members and starting
in the New Year they will be
providing free training to
members one Saturday a
month to work on proper
form and have their ques-
tions answered.
"It's really important to
us that new members feel
comfortable and confident
in what they are doing
while at the gym. We
always try to get an idea of
what their goals are and
make sure they have a
game plan to follow
through on their goals."
If members prefer a more
one on one approach the
Moffats have good relations
with knowledgeable local
personal trainers they can
refer members to.
Whether you're a regular
at gym, workout at home or
not at all. The Moffat's top 5

physical activity.

proper portion sizes.

sugar loaded drinks.
4. Get rest and manage
stress.
