Tables to be Purchased by Dungannon Seniors

Lucknow Sentinel generously donated funds to purchase Centre. Dungannon Seniors will be

buying six tables from Hodgins Home
Hardware in Lucknow. These six-foot
white plastic folding tables will replace
several of the existing wooden tables
that are just too heavy for many to set
up and move easily.
The hall is used for meetings such as
the Lions Club, for catering such
events as birthdays, anniversaries and
funerals and the youth group Dream
Team camp for a weekend each year as
the hall allows for separating boys and
girls onto separate floors for sleeping.
The Dungannon Seniors thank the

The people and businesses in Luc -
know donate so much every year for the
Super Walk in September that I was
amazed this last year in the Silent Auc-
tion there was as much from Lucknow
donated as Kincardine had donated.
The population difference is a lot so I
was quite proud of my adopted town.
An article in the spring issue of The
Parkinson's Update from Southern
Ontario mentioned Lucknow in thank-
ing successful canvassers and also fea-
tured a photo of my granddaughter and
son-in-law.
