Thanks to the staff of Pinecrest Manor Nursing Home for the excellent care. You went above and beyond our expectations. A very special thank you to Dr. Shuffield and staff for your years of caring and compassionate manner in which you cared for Mom. Thanks also to Dr. Shubat for your care and compassion. Thank you to Rev. Gerald McFarlene for all the time you spent with Mom during her last week and helping us through a most difficult time with your prayers and for conducting Mom's funeral service. Thank you to Doug and Dayna at McBurney's Funeral Home in Wingham and organist Catherine MacDonald, you did a wonderful job helping and guiding us for Mom's last farewell. Thank you to the ladies of the Lucknow United Church for the lovely lunch following the funeral service. We do indeed live in a wonderful community. -Linda & Grant, Rick & Koreen, Sue & Garry, Ken & Candy her grandchildren, great grandchildren, brother, sisters and family. Thank You Notes Thank You Notes Thank You Notes NELSON We are truly at a loss for words to adequately express our gratitude and thanksgiving to this absolutely wonderful community we live in. We have always felt blessed to be able to live in Lucknow and call ft our home but it wasn't until John had his accident on the morning of Jan. 22, that we truly began to understand the magnitude of the love and support that this great community has and which has been extended to John, Zack, Ben and I. It has been, to say the least, overwhelming and very humbling to know that so many people care and want to help in any way they could to help make a terrible situation better. How does one thank someone for saving their life, but indeed, to Jacob D. Miller and his family, thank you for saving John's life on that very cold Wednesday morning and for doing all the right things for John while waiting for the paramedics to arrive. Thank you to Tharon Riley and Philip Smith, Huron County Paramedics, and to the Huron County OPP, for responding so quickly and for looking after John. Thank you to Dr. Sleeth, Dr. Antoniadis and all the staff at Wingham Hospital Emergency Department for your expert and wonderful care you provided John in the ER before being airlifted to Victoria Hospital in London. To our amazing friends and family who dropped everything to be with us in London that morning and who stayed with us for many days after, while John was in the trauma unit. You will never know just how much strength you gave Zack, Ben and myself in those dark days just by having you there, there are simply no words. Thank you to each and every one of you who sent greeting cards, gift cards for gas and food and monetary donations to help with our expenses. Thank you to all of you who offered to give us rides to London and for driving John to appointments since returning home, thank you to our friends & neighbours for keeping our lane cleaned out and for looking after our home while we were in London and thank you for the food brought to the house and to the hospital, the list is endless. Thank you to Happy Dog Inn for taking such excellent care of Murphy for us. And most of all, thank you for all your prayers. I think every church in Lucknow was offering their prayers for John's recovery and what a recovery he is making. After 2 months in the hospital John is home for good and making excellent progress. From all of us and from our hearts we say Thank -You! -Sending our love and prayers John, MaryJo, Zack and Ben Nelson In Memoriams In Memoriams ERRINGTON In loving memory of Helen - wife, mother, grandmother and friend, who left us three years ago, April 27, 2011.
