We hear that Miss Mand Netterfield,
daughter 131 Mr. JAMBS Netterfiald, and
Mr, Herb Walsh, were married in
Toronto last week.

repairs and improvements, including a
cement foundation, which when com-
pleted, wily put the building in first -
clues shape. Mr. John Silliok is over•

Mr. John Welsh, said to have been

Complaints regarding juvenile offend•
ere violating the law la respect to
bathing in the Maitlaud have been
rather numerous of late, and Provincial
Oonetable Phippeu has been on the
lookout for the guilty ones. A party of
them were recently rounded tip, bat

remember that the law is absolutely
prohibitive against bathing in a nude

merly of Brussels, left for British Col -

An old, and well known and most
highly esteemed resident of Brussels,
paid Nature's debt on Thursday even-
ing, July 160e, in the person of Mrs.
Thos. Danford, who passed away peace-
fully, abed 77 years, at her home, Tarn -
berry street, surrounded by members of
her family, in whom. deceased had al.
ways manifeated,so large an interest.
