Brandon was called to the chair and Mr. John Wightman was ap- pointed Secretary. The ratepayers present expressed themselves as well pleased with the Trustees report of the year's work. The school building cost' $2,100; furniture and equipment, $300; grounds, well, eto,, $300. The number of scholars on the roll was 56 with an average attendance for the year of 37. Tne Trustees were instrcoted to pur- chase a good bell and have it planed in position in the belfrey. The Trustees have engaged .Alias Kate Marshall as teacher for 1908 at a salary of $360. She has been teaching for the past year at Irish Lake, Grey County and comes well recommended. The scholars made' good progress under Mr. A. A, Naylor, who is giving up teaching.
