Except as follows, the municipality makes no representation regarding the title to or any other matters relating to the land to be sold. Responsibility for ascertaining these matters rests with the potential purchasers. This sale is governed by the Municipal Act, 2001 and the Municipal Tax Sales Rules made under that Act. The successful purchaser will be required to pay the amount tendered plus accumulated taxes, HST if applicable and the relevant land transfer tax. Born in Seaforth on December 18, 1941, Fergus Jantzi of RR #1 Dublin was in his 74th year. Loving brother of Harold Jantzi of Clinton and Joy Ross and her husband Alf of Seaforth. Also missed by eight nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Aaron and Flossie (nee Stelck) Jantzi, and sister-in-law Edna Jantzi. Visitation was held at McGLYNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, Seaforth, 519-527-1390, on Thursday, October 8th from 7 - 9 p.m. Visitation continued on Friday, October 9, 2015 from 1 p.m. until the time of Fergus' funeral service at 2 p.m. Rev. Mary Fletcher officiated. Interment took place in Maitlandbank Cemetery and a reception followed at Cavan United Church in Winthrop.
