In this connection and in partnership with the Seaforth Fire Department, the Trust is offering a FREE CARBON MONOXIDE/SMOKE DETECTOR to families who reside within the Corporate limits of the former Town of Seaforth and who do not currently have such a unit at their residence. These detectors have a life of 7-10 years. Check yours and if you also need to update, please come in as well. We have ordered 5o units and they will be distributed on a first come, first served basis. All that is required is that you bring proof that you live in Seaforth; present that proof to a fire fighter at their Open House 6:3o-8:oopm on October 8`h and pick up your detector.
