Born in Toronto on August 15, 1934, Marie Beatrice (nee Allan) Bolton of RR#1 Dublin was in her 81st year. Beloved wife of Arthur Bolton for 59 years. Loving mother of Carl and Valerie Bolton of RR#1 Dublin and Jan and Alan Wyman of Guelph. Cherished Gran of Matthew, Grant and David Bolton, Jessica Adair (Kyle), Sam Wyman, and Great -Gran of Reid Adair. Predeceased by parents Ross and Beatrice Allan, and her brother John Allan (Jean). Marie graduated from the Guelph General Hospital Nursing School in 1955. Cremation has taken place and memorial visitation was held at St. Thomas' Anglican Church in Seaforth on Thursday, July 23rd from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Marie's funeral was held in the church on Friday, July 24, 2015 at 11 a.m. with the Rev'd Karine Snowden officiating. Interment took place in Maitlandbank Cemetery and a reception followed in the church hall. Karen Elaine (nee Butt) Geddes, born in Seaforth on May 9, 1943, was in her 73rd year. Beloved wife of the late Allen Geddes (2006). Loving mom of Clayton Geddes, Brian Geddes (Dianne), Glenda Feeney (Peter) and David Geddes. Best Grandma to Michelle (Dexter), Bill (Michelle), Sam, Nicole, Jenn and Matthew Feeney, Denver Geddes and Darren and Aly Greidanus. Dear sister of Brenda, Linda and Marilyn. Karen will also be missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by her son Jeff, parents Roy and Edna (nee Stewart) Butt, and brothers, Stewart, Murray and Keith. At Karen's request, cremation has taken place and there will be no funeral home visitation. A private graveside service will be held at Maitlandbank Cemetery at a later date. Deeply beloved husband of the late Irene (nee Kilgour) Tilley for 68 years; loving father of Ken Tilley (Kathryn Grimbly) and Susan Rau (Michael Harpell); cherished grandpa of Wendy Rawes (Chris), Chrissy MacDougald (Jeff), Ian Tilley (Isabel Dunlop), Charlie Rau (Alicia) and Morgan Tilley -Woo (Chris); much loved great- grandfather of Jackson Rawes, Danica Rau, Isla MacDougald, Grace MacDougald, Roscoe Rau, Emma MacDougald and Eric and Cameron Tilley. Cremation has taken place and a private graveside service will take place at Pine Hills Cemetery in Scarborough at a later date. Dearly loved mother and mother in law of Jean & Bruce Horton of Bayfield, Ruth & Edgar Willert of Bowden, Alta., Gerald Rathwell of Brucefield, Sandra Turner of Exeter, Bill & Marg Turner of Bayfield, Brenda Wright of Kippen, and Janice & Marius Beyersbergen of Lucknow. Cherished grandmother of 24 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild. Dear sister in law of Jeanette Turner of Hensall. Predeceased by her parents David & Ellen (McAllister) Anderson, her children Floyd (1966), David (2011), and Jean Rathwell (2015), son in law James Wright (2008), granddaughter Mavis Govier (2010). Also predeceased by her siblings and in laws, Pearl Anderson, Bill Anderson, George & Ruby Anderson, Eileen & Russell Consitt, and Ralph Turner.
