Tenders must be submitted in the prescribed form and must be accompanied by a deposit in the form of a
money order or of a bank draft or cheque certified by a bank or trust corporation payable to the
municipality and representing at least 20 per cent of the tender amount.
Except as follows, the municipality makes no representation regarding the title to or any other
matters relating to the land(s) to be sold. Responsibility for ascertaining these matters rests with
the potential purchasers.
This sale is governed by the Municipal Act, 2001 and the Municipal Tax Sales Rules made under that Act.
The successful purchaser will be required to pay the amount tendered plus accumulated taxes, HST if
applicable and the relevant land transfer tax.
The municipality has no obligation to provide vacant possession to the successful purchaser.

Doreen and her family wish to express our
heartfelt thanks to friends, relatives and all
who helped make Glen's passing a little
easier with visits, phone calls, cards,
flowers and donations in his memory. The
care given to him at the Seaforth Manor for
2 1/2 years was excellent and helped make
his stay there easier. God Bless all of you!
Thanks to the McGlynn Funeral Home for
their professionalism and help. Special
thanks to Larry, Adam and Tonya for their
memories of Glen and Pastor Steve for his
"heartwarming" tribute and sermon to Glen.

The family of the late Margaret Hulley
wishes to extend our thanks to friends,
neighbours and family for their
thoughtfulness and support shown to us in
our recent loss. Special thanks goes to all
staff at Seaforth Manor Nursing Home.
You girls were completely our best. Also

his comforting words. We are grateful

The family of John Janmaat would like to
thank family, friends and neighbours for the
love and support shown to us after the loss
of our husband, father, and grandfather. A

to support Mom. Your presence helped
everyone and was very much appreciated.
Thank you for the phone calls, visits, food,
cards, flowers and donations made in Dad's
memory. Thank you to the Seaforth Manor,

CCAC staff, with extra special thanks to
Dale Ann McKichan for the wonderful care
you provided — we are forever grateful for
everyone's kindness and compassion. A
very big thank you to Karen and the group
of friends who gave their time and cooking
skills to provide our family with a hot meal
between visitations. It was really
appreciated. Sincere thanks to John and
Sandy and staff of McGlynn Family Funeral
Home for their guidance and support at
such a difficult time. Thank you to Father
Brian McColl for the lovely service and to
Cheryl Ann and the choir for the beautiful

BEUERMAN, Melinda - "What we once
enjoyed and deeply loved we can never
lose, for all that we loved deeply, becomes
a part of us." Passed away suddenly on
Thursday, January 29, 2015. Melinda
Katherine Louise (nee Hillebrecht)
Beuerman of Seaforth was in her 91st year.
Loving mother of Larry Beuerman and his
wife Dee of London; and mother-in-law of
Barry Lane of Palm Desert, CA, and Robert
Ahrens (Rosemarie) of Burlington.
Cherished Nana of Jamie Beuerman
(Sandy), Holly Beuerman, Kirk Lane, Todd
Lane; and GG of Seth, Hannah and Simon
Beuerman, Sawyer, Sam and Abby
Hogeterp. Also survived by her brother-in-
law Frank Beuerman and sister-in-law Edna
Beuerman, both of Waterloo; as well as
many nieces and nephews. Predeceased
by her husband Alfred Beuerman; beloved
daughters Susan Lane and Dianne Ahrens;
parents Louis and Louise (nee Gordner)
Hillebrecht; dear sister Norma Hoegy
(Wilbur); brother Edgar Hillebrecht; and
siblings -in-law Harvey Beuerman (Viola),
Eva Pryce (Alvin) and Stanley Beuerman.
Special heartfelt `thank you' to friends
Bonnie and Rick Fortune who were never
far away when needed with their generous
gift of time, friendship and compassion, as
well as, Ted and Marie Sallows and Rob
Powell for their help and friendship. A
funeral service to honour Melinda's life will
be held at St. Peter's Lutheran Church in
Brodhagen on Saturday, February 7, 2015
at 2 p.m. with Pastor Laura Sauder
officiating. A reception of celebration will
immediately follow in the church hall and
spring interment will take place in St.
Peter's Lutheran Cemetery, Brodhagen. In
lieu of flowers, memorial donations to St.
Peter's Lutheran Church or the Canadian
Cancer Society would be appreciated and
