HomeMy WebLinkAboutHuron Expositor, 2015-12-23, Page 22 Huron Expositor • Wednesday, December 23, 2015 A $150,000 grant for the G2GRT The highly anticipated pathway is scheduled to be finished for the 2017 International Plowing Match in Walton Shaun Gregory Huron Expositor The 127 km G2GRT is anticipated to be completed in 2017. A $150,000 govern- ment grant by the Ontario Trillium Foundation last Tuesday puts the project that much closer to the public using the entire passage. Currently the trail is roughly half -way finished with bits missing because of specific parts are in need of repair or required by the province to have certain control gates to keep motorized vehicles off the path coordinates.
