with minor injuries to his face.
He was .crossing the interseetiou

DR, J.' Du1LEY..RQGERS
Dr. James Dudley Rogers, who,
died in Wyandotte, Michigan, was
born in Brucefield, Huron County,
in -1906,, .only son of Dr. James
Rogers and Mabel Rogers. 1.10at'
tended school in the village and
when the family moved to Forest
in 1919, he attended Sigh School
there. After graduation he at-
tended Teachers' College (Normal
School) --in Stratford, but entered
1VIedieal School at Western Uni-
versity, London, -where he gradu-
ated as a gold medalist, in the
class of 1931,
. His two-year. term of internship'
was at Receiving Hospital in 'De-:
troit:Dr, Rogers then went. to
Wyandotte Hospital as resident
ih surgery for a "year
Since that time, twenty-six years
he conducted a private practice in
Wyandotte. While at .the hospital
on Monday afternoon, November
30, attending a patient, he suffer-
ed a fatal heart attack. His loss
is felt by his many friends in the
city, and' each patient was a per-
sonal friend.
Dr. Rogers is ,survived by .his.
wife, Maxine; two danghters, -Lan-
dra and Paula; two sisters, Mrs:
Ivan (Madeline) Crawford, and
Mrs. .James (Elsio!) Cotton, both
of Forest`
