Sowerbutts, of Clarkson; importer of ' Bretby Art Pottery, outlined the origin and history of Pottery made in England at the November 'meeting' of Hensall • Wo-. mens Institute, held in.tbe'Sunday schoolroom of the -United Church, on Wednesday evening. .Mr. Sow- erbutts had on display some very beautiful pieces of pottery, which many of the members purchased,: , with ''the Institute receiving 25 per centof the proceeds.
