tour of. 'S,eaforth; We• .started ' out.

around 1:30, p.m.'.
Thd .first ' place we 'visited was
the Creamery, where we saw- the
vat in, which the; cream wa grit to
make It late butt it We` alsp ;saW
the belts on. .whieVthe•buttex.:was_
taken; and cut fate -one po'urid' piec-
es. After this ,We went into all.the
coolers until• our clothing because
stiff-4from the cold
Then we got .in our' car'a and
headed for the. furaittirg factory,;
where we saw :how furniture is
made; We saw .pieces of wdod• on
which -wore designs. carved :by "a
machine:: We,,also 'saw .odd pieces
of furniture which were still rough;
and had to be'. sanded:. We saw
sorfte men fittfiig various' parts' to-
ge her,' piece by. piece. We went. up
another ;floo'r. and. saw beautiful
bedrooni'';and dining roonu suites
which "Were completed.: After a.

The editor replied: "Three weeks

A little later the editor received
a second letter: "Thank you. for
_your• kind 'advice," it read. "The
hen remained on the ; eggs three

hatched. As I didn't Care for ducks,
I took her off the nest and sold
the eggs," „

to our afternoon in Seaforth.
On our way home we, stopped in
at• Mrs, Haugh's place for ice-
cream doughnuts and • chocolate
milk. :She gave out the awards
for things we had- clone • througliotft
the year:' We had our lunch, .play-
ed' a few' games . and • then, came
home.; We arrived home around
6.30, after, a .very happy and ex-
citing day., .

day, Only Grrades 5: and 6 of the

First, we visited'! the Seaforth
Creamery, which Ithought' was
very interesting to 'see indeed.
Next we visited ,John Boshart :&'
Sons furniture factory, .where there
were some of the most beautiful•
pieces of furniture to, be •seen.
Third, ' we visited The Huron; Ex-
positor, where we were shown how
the-. newspapers were made, Writ-
ten; etc. We also received a piece
of steel (I believe it was) with; our,
name stamped, on it,

Shoes :'factory, where we were
