Ministers Meet
Wingham and District Minister-
ial Association met Monday after-
noon in St. Thomas' Anglican
Church, Seaforth. The Rev. H.
Donaldson chaired the meeting
and conducted the devotions.
Rev. E. C. Attwell, Gorrie, intro-
duced the speaker, Rev. Harry
Donaldson, of Seaforth, who spoke
on his missionary work in South
America. He was thanked by Rev.
J. E. Clarke, of Gorrie.
"I want a dog of which I can
be proud," said Mrs. Newlyrich.
"Does that one have a good pedi-
gree?"
"Lady," declared the kennel
owner, "if he could talk he

tended the funeral of the late Mrs.
Sarah Carnie, of Bayfield, held
from Westlake's Funeral Chapel,
Zurich, Tuesday, Nov. 29, with
burial in Bayfield cemetery. Mrs.
Carnie was an, aunt of Mr. Hess.

of the United Church will meet
Thursday afternoon in the rhureh

guest speaker Miss Iris Castle,
missionary from St. Lucia Island.
