The Norris orchestra favored

Members of the Luther League
went carol singing to shut-ins on
Boxing Day. Each shut-in --was
presented with' a ,gift of ;fruit and
candy.
On. S4mday evening the senior
choir of St. Peter's Lutheran
C.ureh presented a cantata, -"The
Shepherds' Christmas," with Rev.
Erich Schultz, of Waterloo, at the
organ,. and Rev. Paul Fischer, of
Zurich, was moderator for the eve-
ning. '
Two bouquets of white chrysan-
themums were .on ,the altar of the
churchfor the Christmas Sunday
School program and the Christmas
Day service, from the .Sunday
School.. A basket of flowers was
in the chancel from the funeral of
Henry Mogk at Dundas last Wed-
nesday. Two large Christmas
trees were donated, to the church
in memory of• the late Mr. and
Mrs. Henry Mogk, `Sr., from the
family.

Fischer, Zurich, for Christmas.
Sunday School Concert
The annual Sunday School Christ-
mas
hristmas program of St. Peter's Luth-
eran Church was presented o
Christmas Eve with a large crowd
attending. The•,..pageant presented
was entitled, "A White Christ-
mas." Jane Rock, Phyllis Hinz,
Richard Leonhardtand. Cheryl
Wardell" did the reading, with oth-
er pupils pantomining the differ-
ent characters. Joanne Elligsen
opened -with prayer. Alice • Heim-
pel read :the story of "Silent Night"
to the primary, classes, and they
then sang this carol. Miss Donna
Scherbarth was organist for the
evening. The junior choir sang be-
fore and throughout the program.
