brated their 25th wedding anni-
versary on Sunday.

Seaforth Ladies' Lawn Bowling

R. J. Boussey has been named
manager of Seaforth Public Util-
ity -Commission.
This week the Seaforth ..Shoes
factory paid its 180 employees in
silver dollars.
At the Huron County Plowing
Match on Saturday, the chatnpion
tractor plow special and the jun-
ior champion trophy were won by
John Varley. He was• coached by
Arthur J. 'Wright, Seaforth. The
plowing match was held at the
farm of Wilson McCartney, Tuck-
ersmith.

gether sponsored by the Seaforth
Canadian Legion, held Friday eve-
ning, the draw for the $1,000 -bill
was won by Murray Taylor, Clin-
ton.
Announcement has been made of
the sale of Cousins' Dairy Blr, lo-
cated in• the Queen's Hotel block,
to Maple Leaf Dairy.
The pupils and teacher of S.S.
