Alexander, Ross Cecil - of Port Elgin, in
his 83rd year, passed away on Thursday,
October 6th, 2016 at the Seaforth Manor
Nursing and Retirement Home. Survived by
his loving wife of 40 years, Dianne (Burns)
Wilson, sons, grandchildren, siblings,
brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and
nephews and great nieces and nephews. At
his request, no services will be held. In lieu
of flowers, donations may be made to the
Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation.

FISCHER, Derek - Passed away
suddenly as the result of a car accident on
Tuesday, October 11, 2016. Born in
Stratford, Ontario, on October 6, 1986,
Derek Murray Fisher of Kitchener, was 30
years old. Cherished son of Colleen (nee
Murray) Lowes (Larry) of Seaforth and
Laurie Fischer of Kitchener. Loving brother
of Janine Fischer (Conrad Neufeld) of
Kitchener and stepbrother of Chris Lowes
(Christine Skuce) of Woodstock, Brad
Lowes (Janyn Doan) of Calgary and Shawn
Lowes (Jenny) of Woodstock. Also missed
by his Grandpa Ralph Fischer (Fran) of
Seaforth, and many aunts, uncles, nieces,
nephews and friends. Predeceased by his
grandparents, Frank and Marion Murray
and Joyce Fischer, aunt Louise Murray,
uncle Dan Murray and cousin Courtney
Fischer. Visitation was held at McGLYNN
FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, Seaforth,
519-527-1390, on Sunday, October 16th
from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Derek's Funeral was
held at St. James Catholic Church,
Seaforth, on Monday, October 17th at 11
a.m., with Fr. Raju Allumpurath officiating.
Interment took place in St. Columban
Catholic Cemetery and a reception followed
at the Seaforth & District Community
Centre. Memorial donations to the Huron
Perth Canadian Mental Health Association,
Seaforth Community Hospital Foundation or
the charity of choice are appreciated and
can be made through the funeral home.

MENHEERE, Hilda - Passed away
peacefully at Seaforth Community Hospital
on Tuesday, October 11, 2016. Born in
Rotterdam, The Netherlands, on June 4,
1937, Hilda (nee Van Waterschoot)
Menheere of Seaforth, formerly of
Tuckersmith Township, was in her 80th
year. Beloved wife of Hugo Menheere for
58 years. Loving mother of Ken Menheere
(Ann) of Oshawa, Trish Menheere (Roger
Lewis) of Bayfield, Sandra Jansen (Bob) of
Seaforth, Tom Menheere (Tammie Bolton)
of London, Allan Menheere (Amanda
Wright) of Seaforth and Pete Menheere
(Michelle) of Mitchell. Cherished Oma of
William, Kathleen, Laura, Derek, Mark,
Rachel, Sadie, Talia and Matthew. Dear
sister of Liza Hunter, Henrietta De Smit
(Leo), Carla Peterson (Kent), Pete Van
Waterschoot (Linda), Mary Lou Van Daele,
Mary Agnes Bogaert (Brian), and sister-in-
law of Joanne Dorssers, John Menheere
(Karen), Frances Relouw (Tony) and Bill
Menheere (Louise). Hilda will also be
missed by many nieces, nephews and
friends. Predeceased by her son Robert
Menheere, granddaughter Brandace
Menheere, and parents Alec and Bertha
(nee Colpaert) Van Waterschoot. Visitation
was held at McGLYNN FAMILY FUNERAL
HOME, Seaforth, 519-527-1390, on Friday,
October 14th from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. (with
Parish Prayers at 6:45 p.m.). Mass of the
Christian Burial was held at St. James
Catholic Church, Seaforth, on Saturday,
October 15th at 11 a.m., with Fr. Raju
Allumpurath officiating. Interment took place
in St. James Catholic Cemetery and a
reception followed at the Seaforth & District
Community Centre. Memorial donations to

MURRAY, Grace - Grace passed away
peacefully with her loving family by her side
at Seaforth Community Hospital on Friday,
October 7, 2016. Born in Seaforth on
Friday, January 14, 1927, Grace Josephine
(nee Connolly) Murray of Seaforth, was in
her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late
Dominic Murray (March 4, 2003). Loving
mother of Ronald J. Murray of Seaforth,
Keith Murray (Cindy Partridge) of Ottawa
and Janice Kyle (Peter) of Ayr. Cherished
grandmother of Kelly Murray (Don
Johnson), Sarah Terpstra (Jeff), Brendan
Murray (Laura), Blake Murray, and Victoria,
Maggie, Emily and Tommy Kyle. Lovingly
remembered by her sisters Marie Marrinan,
Cecilia Kelly (Jack), Helen Young, Loretta
Riley, sisters-in-law Leona Connolly, Cecilia
Connolly, and her brother-in-law Thomas
Murray. Predeceased by parents Elizabeth
Murray and Joseph Connolly, her sisters,
Sister Irene Connolly, Rita Kenny, Mary
Connolly, brothers John Connolly, Michael
Connolly (Mary), Cecil Connolly, Joseph
Connolly, Lawrence Connolly, and siblings -
in -law Fergus Kenny, Jim Marrinan, John
Young, Mary Ryan (Zack), Frank Murray
(Marion), Raymond Murray (Vera), Vincent
Murray (Dorothy, Kristine, Hazel) and
Madeline "Meddle" Murray. Visitation was
held at McGLYNN FAMILY FUNERAL
HOME, Seaforth, 519-527-1390, on
Monday, October 10th from 2-4 and 7-9
p.m. (with Parish Prayers and CWL Service
at 6:45 p.m.). Mass of the Christian Burial
was held at St. James Catholic Church,
Seaforth, on Tuesday, October 11th at
10:30 a.m., with Fr. Raju Allumpurath
officiating. The Pallbearers were David
Kenny, Pat Connolly, Sheila Corbett,
Brendan Murray, Blake Murray, Tommy
Kyle, and the Flower Bearers were Patsy
Crowley, Mary Murray, Maggie Kyle, Emily
Kyle, Colleen Lowe & Amanda Ricker.
Interment took place in St. Columban
Catholic Cemetery followed by a reception
at the Seaforth & District Community
Centre. Memorial donations to the Seaforth
