CROWLEY, Frank - It is with heavy hearts, the family of Frank Crowley announce his
passing, peacefully surrounded by the love of his family and friends at Seaforth Community
Hospital on February 8, 2016, at the age of 63. We offer a brief sketch of a life well lived.
Born on July 20, 1952, a birthday he shared with his mother and twin brother John, Frank's
unique life began. He was raised on a farm in Kinkora with his siblings. He began working
as an electrician and his trade led him to employment at Blackstone/Valeo, Culliton
Brothers, SPI and as a loss prevention officer for Usborne Hibbert Insurance. On
September 6, 1975 he married the love of his life, Patricia "Patsy" Murray and his heart
overflowed with the blessing of five children. Frank was a man of sturdy faith and he
enjoyed being an active member of his community. He was a 4th Degree member of the
Knights of Columbus and Fr. Stephen Eckert Council #5289. Family and friends were very
important to Frank and it brought him great joy to celebrate holidays and family weddings,
the latest milestone being Frank and Patsy's 40th wedding anniversary. Frank was
diagnosed with liver disease five years ago and he accepted an uncertain future with grace
and no regrets. Surviving him are his wife Patsy; and children, Jim and Stephanie Crowley,
Jane and Ben Rapien, Julianne and Mark Dunn, Jeanette and Ryan Parker and John
Crowley; loving grandfather of Jake, Joey, and Casey Crowley, Sarah and Katie Rapien,
Connor and Hannah Dunn, and Grace Parker; beloved brother and brother-in-law of Sheila
and Wayne Rolph, Mike and Ann Crowley, Patrick and Marilyn Crowley, John and Betty
Crowley, Marg and John Van Bakel, Brian and Maureen Crowley, Kevin and Marleen
Crowley, Terry and Liz Crowley, Bill and Martha Murray, Elaine and Gerry Van den Hengel,
Mary Lou and Pat Jordan, Joe and Wendy Murray, Doug and Darcy Murray, and Jean and

friends. He was predeceased by his parents Cletus and Dorothy Crowley, father-in-law and
mother-in-law Raymond and Vera Murray, infant grandson Lucas Dunn, infant sister
Theresa, and nieces Mary Frances Rolph and Rachel Saunders. Family and friends paid
their respects at McGLYNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, Seaforth, 519-527-1390, on

Burial was held at St. James Catholic Church, Seaforth, on Saturday, February 13 at 11
