At the bur of two o'clock in the afternoon,
the following lands and premises, 'containing
three acres, LIP ore or less, and being composed
of part of lot No, 18, in the 1St range south of
the 1)urhant road, in the township of Kinloss,
in the county of Bruce, and More particularly
described_ in the- Mortgage to the Vendor,
recorded as 1o, 43$6 in hook 14 fur the town
ship of Killloss. The said la rids. ate situaaein
