On Sunday, A.ug. 23rd, at Plainfield,
Michigan, Dr. J. II. Richards: died as
his \ residence after a lingering illness;
Deceased was a former resident .of this' ;
place, having tived among us from • .
childhood up to the time• he left to
study his profession, and by his kind,
genial, and upright 'manner' had won
the confidence and good will of all wbo
knew him. He was only thirty yearn
of age. His remains were brought' s
Lucknow on Wednesday and interred
in Hope choral cemetery. His
widowed mother and family ,have out
heartfelt sympathy in their aad bereave-
ment. Dr. Strongman will preach the'
