A fuller ex- planation was given in the followiun supporter of Separate Schools legally exclpt he gave or authorized the notice required under the original Separate School Act. The matter was referred to the highest courts in Ontario, and the held that the law was tight. But because this law had not in ail ries been observed, and to put the question beyond dispute, an act was passed last session and as- sented to on the 7th of April Last, and is now the law of the land.
